Worried about working out.

Since I'm 2 months PP, I'd like to start a workout routine. The more I think about it, the more I wonder about the arrhythmia I had problems with during pregnancy. It hasn't entirely gone away. My mom actually has a pulse/oxygen machine (thing goes on your finger.) and I checked my pulse one day while I was over there. When I was sitting, my pulse was normal, 90ish to low 100s. But when I would walk around, normal, like getting something from the fridge or whatnot. NOT exerting myself, my pulse would shoot up to 130s, on average. Now I'm worried about if working out will be too much on my body? IDK, obviously I'll start off slow, but I'd hate to pass out from it lol

I would talk to your doctor first about starting to work out before you started and then collapsed because of your heartrate going up too high or something:/

I was going to call the cardiologist tomorrow.. I was on a heart monitor for a month at the end of my pregnancy, for the second time, and I never got the results from him. I'll ask him when I call, and... should I call my PCP or wait until my appointment on the 19th?

See what your cardiologist says first. If you have an appointment on the 19th you can wait till then I'm sure, it isn't that far off  I would say try walking but if your heart rate spikes from just standing up then walking probably isn't a good idea.
