What's your favorite healthy food?

Something you eat that you don't feel guilty about? I need to start hardcore cutting back on carbs and calories. I had a huge barbacoa burrito earlier for the second time in the past few days. I'm still full and still feel guilty about it.

Salads! I could eat like 3 a day lol. And oranges and pineapples. And basically any cooked food loaded with veggies, the more the better. (like stir-fry, I guess that is "okay" to eat because its chicken and vegetables?)

Currently pomegranates!!!

But I love the way I feel after a kiwi, kale, apple juice, ice cube, flax seed shake. Yummy too.

Homemade hummus and carrots.
Mixed baby green salad with homemade balsamic dressing.
Mahi mahi served over brown rice with spinach/ french cut green beans/ soybeans cooked in chicken broth.

Baby corn
(those are my daughter's favorites too )
And pretty much any fruit

guacamole,broccolini, tomatoe with fresh basil and garlic on mountain bread YUmmmm. And stone fruit any summer stone fruit I can get my hands on!!
Oh but my fave is frozen cherrys,grapes and pomegranites this is what I love to munch on in summer.

Frozen strawberries (the kind w/o added sugar) with a little bit of honey on top.

I also love fresh peaches dipped in vanilla greek yogurt or greek yogurt with frozen berries and honey.

Natural chunky applesauce with a dollop of lowfat sour cream (sounds weird but is sooooo good!)
