grape fruit diet?

how does it work. i have heard it truly does work and was just wondering how?

It's basically a starvation diet, you will lose weight but once you eat normally again if will all come back.

well smurf that. im trying to look for a diet that will work. im having a hell of a time getting this plus my last pregnancy baby weight off.

The biggest and best thing you can do is eat clean, meaning cut out processed foods. Eat whole grains, lean meats, fruits and veggies. Try to limit your sugar intake and drink primarily water.
