Spritz cookies recipe

Does anyone have a good one that does not include almond extract? I can't stand the taste of almond extract and all the recipes I am finding have almond extract in it.

can you just substitute the almond with vanilla?

hmmmm, well the one recipe I found calls for both vanilla and almond, like 1 tsp of vanilla and 1/2 tsp of almond, can I just put 1 1/2 tsps of vanilla in?

This exactly or maybe butter extract.

i just recently ran into a similar problem but i was making fruit dip  
it called for vanilla + almond and i ended up using vanilla + some cinnamon, though after a call to my mom she said either don't worry about the almond at all or just add a bit more vanilla, so i think that'd be ok!

I am trying to recreate my grandmothers spritz cookies, ive just been craving them badly recently, and I need something to nurse my tears when I am not back home with my family on Christmas Eve. We only spend every other year down there for Christmas, and we always celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve, so this year we did Thanksgiving, and everytime I am here for Xmas Eve, I bawl my eyes out all day.

not really, we are going away for a couple days after Christmas, just down to Niagara Falls
