Feeling heavy "down there"?????

So I'll be 34 weeks with twins tomorrow and maybe I'm just really anxious to give birth, but I've been feeling more pressure in my private area. My other two pregnancies were induced so I never really had to keep watch on different things like contractions, water breaking, etc.....If I make it to Wednesday I go back to the Dr for an ultrasound, but I'm hoping they come soon either way!!! :-) The heavy & pressure feeling gets very uncomfortable at times! Did anyone else have these feelings before water broke or going into labor???

I felt like that for about a month. LO was born via planned c section at 38.5 weeks. It was just from him flipping and dropping down

Oh my!!! Well I don't think I will make it another month!...lol....I've been on bed rest since Nov 14th due to my cervix shortening and both boys are head down and have been since that date too. I'm hoping they come soon b/c I'm not sure how much more my body can take. This pregnancy has done me in! :-)

Also my nipples seem to be leaking more....did that happen to anyone as well soon before labor started?
