My BD's family is the same way! They didn't see my LO whenever I asked them to come over or meet somewhere, I extended the olive branch so many times and kept an open invite so I could tell my daughter I tried everything I could. However, they only wanted me to drop her off with them which i would not do, due to BD mental health issues. They said I was a horrible person who kept LO from them and implied G o d would hate me.

You are the mom, you need to do what is best for your daughter.

The hell what they think. If you don't have custody set up they can keep your child until court has set something up. This can take months. Idk if your BD would do something like this. But you need to know what the laws are in your state

Yep. They're all predicatable. And generally because there are so many dead beat dads, the good ones get overlooked.
I hold the upper hand now with my ex's family. They wont say smurf anymore since their "precious" son did the most selfish thing he could.
He was fighting over paying $150 a month. That is literally nothing... and when they get a new girl in the picture they want to "play house" and he wants to show her what a great and wonderful dad he is.. then she pushes for more time. when before she came around the DB came around maybe once every other week.... I can't stand dead beats, it took two people to make the child and they always think they can skate... and do it as cheaply as possible.

You need to have Custody Legally spelled out. Even if it's just a Temporary Court Order saying that He May see her(maybe even supervised) But Must return her to you, & that his Family is NOT allowed around for reasons of Slander, Defamation of Character & Parental Alienation. And that if he wants his family there, then it HAS to be Supervised. Right now even if he is Visiting & he takes her Up in his arms, He can walk out the Door & NOT return her to you. If he's visiting & His family is with him, he has her, & Hands her to one of them, & they try to walk out the door THEN you can press Kidnapping Charges. But if she is In her Hands before a Legally enforceable Court Order is in place that says He MUST give her back.

Go to CPS & Ask for help, if there's a Law School near By you may be able to get Cheap or Pro-Bono (free) lawyer fees. With the CPS you can also ask for a GAL (Guardian Ad Libem or however it's spelled) for Your Daughter. They are essentially not Your's Nor His Lawyer, but the Child's Lawyer, so if you all had lawyers there would be 3 present in the courtroom, presenting all 3 sides. Often enough the fact that He has no difficulties And the fact he's leaving you with Huge ones will go seriously against him, especially if you can bring Proof of His History, & what His family have/are saying doing with you.

He has no bills. His background is still on file. He went to jail for months. I have texts saved. I have the hospital records when they sent me when I was pregnant. Alot of it is my own documentation but its so consistent I don't know how anyone could lie ESP when it's iPhone and screen shot.

I think I just am intimidated by his threats and I don't want to get confidence and her be put In a bad situation like having to be around them. They won't ask about her they have my number it's a control thing.
