Is It Possible?
posted 9th Dec
Ever since I started, AF has been very irregular (sometimes they were 6+ months apart). I went to my doctor and she put me on BC. AF started to visit me regularly and I am now on 28 day cycles. I am now ready to TTC. Is it possible to still conceive without regular cycles? Are there any meds I can ask my doctor about? My mother was also very irregular and the doctor told her she couldn't conceive. She later found out she was pregnant but she tried again many years later and it just didn't work for her.

I had extremely irregular cycles. Sometimes going 8 months without one. I conceived my son the very first time I had unprotected sex. It's possible.

Yes its possible. My mom has never had regular periods and would even go months without one. The first time she EVER had sex she got pregnant with me.

Very possible. Even with irregular periods, you still ovulate. I have never had regular periods and im pregnant.

Thank you! I appreciate you all so much! I have always been told that I would have trouble conceiving because of my irregular periods. Its nice to finally have hope!
