When FIL was stationed here as the post command sergeant major, the whole family was expected to attend military functions. If he wasn't, we probably wouldn't have started taking her. Now that she has been to a few, she looks forward to going.

Oh yeah, that's different, we don't have those things here! haha I'm just saying that it's not something I would do.

Novali has been to fancy restaurants with us for like my mom's birthday or whatever, and she is really good, but I would have enjoyed myself more and I think she would have enjoyed herself more if she were at the sitter's.

She is well behaved in public.... at home, she is a little terror!!

Quoting Regina George:" What do you think? Is it a form of abuse to wash a child's mouth out with soap for talking back or using ... [snip!] ... curse words? Do you think it should be reportable to CPS? Do you think it would effective in cleaning up a child's vocabulary?"

I don't think it is abuse. It's very old school, and definitely not CPS worthy.

I agree. When I have 1 child with me, they're perfect. But when there's two? All he'll breaks lose sometimes. And there's a definite difference in boys vs. girls.

I have to agree with this. 2 definitely feed off each other & boys for the most part are way rowdier than the girls.

I'm hoping for a girl this time to balance out this family, obviously if love my child no matter what but part of me dreads the fact that I could have 3 boys. lol.

Oh and definitely being a SAHM, you crave those adult event for your time!
