I've been having my stomach get real tight on me today alot and sometimes its painful.i also feel her way low like in my pubic area...is this contractions our what am i experiencing?

She has probably dropped. But sounds like braxton hicks to me. If they start coming regularly and you can time them then they are probably real contractions.

When they start get a glass of water, lay down, and relax.

do they seem regular like where u can time them or are they all over the place? If you walk around do they seem to subside or get stronger?

They are timeable and when i get up to walk it hurts worse I've tried a warm shower and that didn't do a thing just alot of pain.

If relaxing doesn't make them go away they could be real contractions. Start timing them. If they are regular and 5 minutes apart you should go to L&D!

it sounds like the real thing...start timing them and try to relax as much as possible and maybe try a warm bath...once they get to be 5 mins apart I would head in to L&D as long as you dont live very far away and maybe call them once they get to the point you feel you need to go in...
