Help Ladies!!

on Friday i was 27weeks 3days and i was in Maternity having 4-5 contractions an hour & having alot of pressure/cramping in pelvis & lower back & alot of irritability & my Blood Pressure was high as well as my pulse. & i was having alot of greenish/pinkish discharge. and etc. Well they gave me fluids monitored me for awhile and my contractions stayed at 4-5 an hour & was still having lots of irritability. But my cervix was a ok length and my bloodwork came back good & my pulse & BP kept going up & down. They gave me a shot of progesterone to help his lungs develop incase he came or comes early and i will be getting it weekly. they foundout i have a uti and they gave me medicine to take daily. but after along couple hours they sent me home and told me it was not to to much of a worry right now and to go home and rest & take it easy and if anything got worse or any new symptoms go back in. Well here is my question yesterday i had Brown/pinkish & a few spots were medium bright red and it only happened once with that colors well then today all day i have had diarrhea like 6 times & i just went again now its really loose & like water and my belly has hurt all day not to much crampy but hurts and when i eat it hurts and i can barely eat and feel like im going to puke. Sorry Tmi ladies but What could be going on?? i know you guys arent doctors but i was wondering what you guys think is going on im 27weeks 5days today!! Do you think its the uti medicine giving me the diarrhea?? or should i go into L&D or call L&D or my doctor? Thanks please no bashing
