sudden infant death syndrome

I never believed in it until I lost my baby girl to it a few days ago. How do we pick up the shattered pieces of our lives? We are trying to conceive again which shouldn't be hard because I'm barely 2 months pp. I'm terrified my next baby will go to god from sids...... I just don't know what to do
