Convertible car seats
posted 9th Dec
My son is 11 months & I hate his infant car seat. I've been looking at different convertibles, but am unsure which will be best.
I really liked the maxi cosi pria, but it's pricey & I'm worried about the size.
The Diono car seats look great! Albee baby has some of the r120's for $199 & smart momma has some rxt's for $229. I'm assuming these are older or discontinued.
What do you recommend?

I love the Graco Myride 65, we use it for both boys! I love that my 2.5 year old can still RF

Diono rxt.
My son is in the sunshine kids radian xtsl and I LOVE it. They didn't start making the Diono until after I had already purchased the sunshine kids or I would have gotten that one. My son is very comfortably RF at 2 1/2 (37 inches and 35lbs)

Dionos are great. Check for the one with the highest rfing limits and ffing harness limits that is in your price range.

Would it still be legit & safe to buy from one of those sites for cheaper?

Awesome! The diono's seem like the best bet as far as the price & growing with my son the longest. I like that it's rear facing weight limit is high too.
