I think you're trying to make us seem like we're blaming the SURVIVORS (not victims, smurfing HATE that word. I am NOT a victim)

It's not HER fault for dressing that way. But it might seem easier to the rapist, which is why he would choose her over someone who's clothes might seem harder to get off.

I don't live in fear I'm going to be raped, nor do I take any more extra precautions that having a "weapon" and being mindful of my surroundings.

I think it just came out of the book, i think he gets a CD with the questions and answers. Other questions he hasn't known were on there. But smurf i cant believe no one has said anything about it until now.

That's what I said, rapists have all different kinds of triggers. So that could be (and is for some) one of them.

I actually thought the answer was statutory, considering even consensual sex can fall under it depending on the state, or even if a person lies about their age.
