I try to eat right but i mess up a lot. I work full time and do a lot of physical things all day and i will use my eliptical for 20 minutes to an hour on a 5 resistance most of the time.

lol not really to me. I used to be a lot more physical when I was younger and nothing can compare to those days. I've gotten really lazy! I have my husband and an exersaucer to watch my son while i work out so that helps a ton.

Well, prior to conceiving, I partied, never exercised, barely ate, drank Guiness like there's a shortage or something - and never had any issues keeping my weight down...figures that when I'm actually healthy and try, I can't lose it for the life of me! Figures.....BLAH!
