Hot Cocoa

posted 9th Dec
How do you make yours? I heat milk up on the stove top, stir in the hot cocoa mix and top with whip cream. I've tried doing it with the Hershey's powder but didn't like it at all.

I make frozen hot chocolate (chocolate chips, whipping cream, sugar, and a bit of salt). You melt it all together, form it in to 2 inch balls after it has cooled, then freeze them. Put one in a mug of milk and microwave it for 2 minutes
Super yummy

It's 2 cups of hot chocolate, 1 cup of cream, 1 Tbs sugar, 1/4 tsp salt
Microwave in 30 second increments and stirs each time. It only takes about 1 1/2 minutes to completely melt. I put it in the freezer to get it formed enough to scoop up, then set it on parchment paper after they are formed in to balls. After they are frozen, just wrap them individually in plastic wrap
