What is wrong with me?!

I'm having excruciating cramps in my stomach that go from the top of my stomach all the way down to where menstrual cramps would be. This morning I woke up and it was all that I could do not to throw up. I'm utterly exhausted and almost nothing sounds good to eat... I've felt like this for two weeks now.. Wednesday night I went to the ER because DH had the stomach flu. I threw up twice and I got an IV. It's about two inches down from my elbow and if I touch it my arm it is super painful up towards my elbow. Which makes no sense seeing as the IV was no where near there.... My body hates me!! What is wrong with me?!?! I just want to feel better...
