Waldorf turned out to have underlying spiritual tones which disagree with our views. I can't tell if Montessori is the same."A lot of Montessori schools themselves are religious based but the concept behind the activities isn't necessarily religious.. It's just activities based learning.

[snip!] ... belief about the ocean of god and all kinds of philosophies that were new and from him, so I'm curious about Montessori now"Honestly I'm not sure.. I feel like I've seen a variety of religious Montessori schools. The founder was Catholic and I know that is popular for them but it's not really part of the curriculum that I've seen. I know it's very popular among homeschoolers. Part of my thing is also that I want to find a school when it's that time that is NOT religious and it can be hard to do when they're private schools lol.
