Not sure...

I have a 3 year old (will be 4 in Feb.) and an 8 month old. I have been on Nuvaring since my PP checkup. Every month, my period has been 1 week early and has lasted a total of 2 weeks. I went in for my annual last month and talked to my midwife about switching to Nexplanon, only to find out my insurance doesn't cover it. I decided to wait until we get our tax return because it will be about $800 out of pocket, up front. So, Friday I took out the Nuvaring and I haven't got my period yet. Typically it would have been here last week around Sunday. Now I'm nervous. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative but I'm totally freaked out. I've never skipped a period while on birth control, not even when I wasn't on birth control. I just keep thinking about how expensive it would be to have 2 kids in diapers.

I know that none of you are able to say whether or not I'm pregnant.
What pregnancy test brand do you consider to be the best?
Has anyone else had issues like this with Nuvaring?

when i was on nuva ring i had issues like that...my period would be consistent for awhile then all of the sudden it would be really late. could be whats going on with you. good luck

I've never had a problem with it being late. I was on it before we started TTC our LO and I never had a problem with it. I wouldn't be super upset if I was pregnant. I just never planned to have 2 kids this close together.
