yes i need a vent right now

So my son has been sick obviously. All weekend we have been battling a fever along with projectile spitting up and diarrhea. We know he has a touch of the rotavirus from his vaccines. Im just super frustrated that they can't tell me why he's spitting up or how to help him. We tried to Zantac but he just spit it up. I feed him less, and he just throws it back up okn me. I keep him upright and he still spits up. I can't burp him because it makes him vomit. Can't not burp him because it makes him vomit. He's fussy on and off, and wants to nurse constantly but when I try ti latch him on he just laughs, or he will eat for a couple minutes and throw up again. He's wanting to be latched on constantly but my breasts are hurting so bad its painful for him to latch on. Im at a loss. Idk what to do anymore. My Pediatrician isn't on call, and the on call pediatrician tells me to bring him in if I think he's dehydrated otherwise they can't do anything foe him. I wish I knew wtf the problem was! Im so stressed its unbelievable. In two days he's gone through 19 outfits, 7 receiving blankets, 10 burp rags and numerous bibs. Not ti mention my clothes and my husbands and blankets he's spit up all over. Nothing in mt diet has changed so I know its not that. Im about to pull my hair out. Grrrrrr. Sorry I just had to vent for a minute.
