I am 5'4" and 128lbs. I am trying to lose 10 more pounds. Just finished the 30 DS and I am working on eating healthy, and daily exercising. I want to take something to boost my metabolism. I have seen both of these pills on Doctor Oz and they are both all natural. Any input ladies? I would appreciate it!

Do your research on both. Dr. Oz is pretty ignorant at times and is paid from the big man to promote whatever it is that they are trying to sell.

Yeah I researched both. Nothing bad other than excess energy.
