You missed it

well.. pretty soon they'll be married and it'll all be up to him. Nothing you can really do about it.

Well once they are married you can't do much about it. Maybe its time to try and make nice with her since it seems like she is going to be involved in your child's life. Maybe offer to meet for coffee (no kids) so the two of you can just talk and get to know each other so you can be comfortable with her.

He is on child support with just visitation right now and he cant take him until he starts school AND completes the 3 years worth of saturdays that he can see him. Is it still up to him?

She stays about 1 hour away from me and Im not driving to meet up with her. They have only been together for a year so Im not sure he will go thru with it. She seems controlling to me =/

well if he techinally has no real "rights" then no.. But if he meets at a mutal place, then yeah, he can bring her and you cant say no.

Well if my child was going to have access to some chick I would want to meet her. Meet halfway? I mean do what you want but thats JMO.

If BD's girlfriend had only insulted me and showed a genuine interest in wanting to meet my child, I think I'd do it. I'd still be a little irritated, but it seems like she's really trying to show an interest in your kid.

The court order says we meet wherever I want its usually at my house so that there are witness I know. Its 3 adults here so I dont have to worry about supervision if I go to the bathroom or get a diaper etc.

They dont have a car. Guess I should have mentioned that =/. He uses his moms car, not sure if his mom would let her drive. She didnt even let me drive and me and him were together for 5 years so Im pretty sure that wont happen

He smokes weed so they wont allow him to take him until he proves he is able to care for him. High or not.....

seems a little crazy.. a lot of people smoke pot but are still great parents *shrug*

Would you feel comfortable letting her come over during one of his visitations so she could meet him?
It's hard to go on these situations, there's always a lot of things that go on that an onlooker doesn't know about lol.
