Car seat question, pic included

I will not be leaving this picture up for very long, but isn't the chest clip a little too low here?

I would be offended if I had a kid with someone else and my ex commented on his car seat straps.... Just saying.

That was actually my concern, if they were to get in an accident and something happened to her baby brother, my daughter would be devastated.

Yea... But I strap my kid in properly so this isn't even the question. I would be offended if my ex gave me any type of parenting "tips."

It was not WAY to low... give me a break. Could it have been higher, yes!

I actually would be more concerned with tightening the straps- opposed to the smurfen chest clip if we are gonna nit pick this picture

But if you did strap them in wrong and someone tried to help you for the safety of your child, it shouldn't matter who that person is, especially if they are right.

Also, car seat safely isn't the same as parenting tips.

I am slowly coming back, and why does it matter to you if I am on a break or not, what does it matter to you? The reason I took a break was to deal with some personal issues and I got through it.

Also- if this is really a concern for you I wouldn't have your 14 year old tell her dad. That is strange to me. I wouldn't take car seat advice from a 14 year old.
