menstrual cup

I have a diva cup, but it's a bit of a pain to have in during lighter flows... What cup could I get that is softer and smaller than the diva?

Also, how long will it take for me to get used to the diva cup? It's not too bad at all, but it feels weird having something in there. lol

I don't know how you ladies use those, That thing scares me for some reason lmao

It's nice, I could never use tampons... It feels weird going in, and I'm terrified of TSS lol

Those things are huge though, I can only use regular tampons anything bigger irritates me, There's not chance of TSS with those things?

It is a silicone, so it fits your shape. There is a risk of it with anything, but it is extremely small and unlikely... It doesn't dry out your natural vaginal fluids like tampons, and you can wear it 3x as long.

The idea of the cup weirds me out.. don't you have to pour the blood into the toilet when you take it out? I head years ago that you measure it too.. o_O

The diva cup is an oz. I have found it pretty easy, and no mess as of yet and my flow is pretty heavy. I was always messy with tampons... and I changed them every hour in fear of tss lol... could never use them comfortably.

EXACTLY me too!! And you have to walk around knowing there's a cup full of blood in you and how do you pull it out with out it splashing everywhere.....

Lol why is it weird? Tampons are made of rayon, and change the PH balance of your vagina :S That's weirder to me than a cup.

The Tampon soaks up the blood rather than a cup that the blood is just sitting in there, I guess when I think about it I just think a mess while taking it out and splashing everywhere, And I got a sample in the mail and the thing looks huge lol it just looks uncomfortable..
