B has not been sleeping lately. We're up at all hours of the night When we finally wake up for the day I'm so exhausted and have gotten into the habit of turning the TV on and sitting there for a while. I used to go walking right when we got up. Haven't done that in daaaaays.
Since I've been so tired, I've also been eating stuff I know isn't the greatest. I feel so nasty
I want to feel good again. I want to be well rested and healthy!
I know I'm the only one who can change this too
