Yeah, it's not too common in the US/Canada at the moment, though it is likely to make it's way over eventually since it's a top 100 name in the UK and Ireland. It's got great meanings (in several languages) and really seems to stand out among the crowd of potential names whenever I think about it.

keegan is what we have set our hearts on for when we do have a boy, keegan matthew. I love the name. my SO picked it out and fell in love with it lol

That's a nice name combo. Good choice indeed.
I'm surprised Keegan isn't getting too much love in this thread. I was kinda expecting more positive feelings for it, but only two people thus far have really given it much of a positive note.
Oh well, it's still gonna remain high on our list (#5)
