I can't wait for labour to start. Been having period like cramps for a month, an the past 2-3 days loose stool, and the pressure in my crotch is crazy painful.

Hmmm. "Light Pink thick discharge" might only be the beginning of you losing your mucus plug...and that can happen weeks before you actually go into labor. I hope for your sake that it's time though!!

For me, I had flu like symptoms the day before I went into labor. I woke up in the morning feeling achy all over and sick to my stomach. Later that night I scrubbed my entire house from top to bottom (even went to walgreens at 1am for cleaning supplies, lol) I has my 38wk OB appointment at 10am on the day he was born. I was dilated to a 4 and 90% thinned. Signed the papers to be induced at 39 weeks (because of a medical condition called polyhydramnios) Went home, and at 1pm I had only ONE major contraction, stood up and my water broke. He was born at 10:49pm that night

My water broke on the way to the hospital and she was born about 5pm on the 10th of dec. I had been having a thick clear discharge about a week befor i had the light pink discharge , i also was supposed to be induced on the 10th. She took me by surprise because she started caming before they could try and make her. Iam glad to say she stronge and healthy THANK GOD!
