When should I go??

My doctor took me off the procardia today ( she said as soon as I hit 36 weeks to stop taking it) so I'm guessing that means that she is going to let me go into labor early? (I have recieved steriods at both 22 weeks and at 31 weeks)I don't know but I'm scared. I never really made it this far before, my daughter was born at 31 weeks after my water broke, so I'm wondering, when is the right time to head to the hospital (I would call my doc to ask but office is closed today and the hospital is located about an hour away)
