Okay... Well, my boyfriend smoke pot. No big deal. But, about a year ago he got into some bad smurf. He started off smoking pot and that lead to him doing some pills. Now, he told me he was only going to smoke pot maybe four times a months, his choice. He now smokes pot every smurfing day. Its the fact that he bragged all up and down that he wants to only do it once in a while. He actuay started selling i guess. He said he was going to stop once the baby is born. Do you think he will? A little back story, when i was growing up i was subjected to a lot of smurf because of drugs by my dad. I just really dont want him handling my son while he's high because when he is high he falls asleep and it totally gone and i do t want him accidently dropping him or smelling that smurf. I would in accident i know but still. The sooner im getting the more he is getting into this whole drug thing

Uhg, you know in the back of my i know he wont and i want this to work sooo bad. Now when i tell him i want him to settle down he just tells me im fine and brushes it off. He is excited about the baby and wants to be a father but if his drug use gets in the way im going to be so devistated

I really want him to stop when im 38 weeks because then i can go at any time and the last thing i want is him being high when i go into labor and he is my ride to the hospital obviously. The hospital is 45 mins away and in a buy city. I dont need a accident on the way there. I guess i will have to call my mom if he is high when i go into labor   . He cant hide being high at all.

Honestly if he really acts like this while smoking weed. He does need to quit,that's unacceptable. I would try talking to him tell him how you feel.

im not a pot smoker and im not fond of it....SO is a pot smoker. I was subjected to a lot by my sister being into drugs...completely ruined her life i knew i never wanted that so i stayed clear of it all. When we found out i was preggo SO said he was stopping (his choice) and i got excited. Turned out he was doing it behind my back and lied bout it until i caught him. Then he said he would stop the day i go into labor....NOPE! He then said he would still smoke it but not bring it around the house just in case something went wrong...THEN it changed AGAIN to im smoking here but not when the baby is home! Pain in my ass. I just had a cop move in next door to us and im paranoid because he does it in the storage room on the patio. I have wanted him to stop ever since i got preggo but he never really wanted to and still doesnt. Him lying to me and going back n forth pisses me off even more. Good Luck....hopefully your situation will be different

I think it's fine to smoke weed at home if you know how to have self control and be able to function properly on it.

In our town they do straight up investigations just to bust you. I dont want to be anywhere near it because the smell grosses me out and ince its in my house it smells sooo bad. He will keep his bag and pipe in the house even that makes the entire house smell. His mom is an evil women and tries to get him in trouble every chance he gets so if she came over here and smelt it she would go striaght to the cops. By the way... My boyfriend is 18. So i know he is still going to act imature but damn. Im 33 weeks pregnant and hes acting like a douche.

you are making excuses for him. His mom isn't evil to do anything to get him into trouble. She's trying to get her smurf of a son to grow the smurf up and act like a man.

you both have a LOT of maturing to do in the next 7ish weeks. You need to get out of your denial and away from the pot head. This is not the example you want to set for your son.
