tablespoon minced garlic, bbq sauce, tsp salt, tsp pepper.

BBQ sauce and grape jelly.

I was really wary... because these ingredients did NOT look good together   I put S&P on the pork. Then put a packet of Onion/Mushroom dry mix on it, and dumped a whole can of Coke in.

It was good! I'll have to try different ingredients next time.. but definitely wasn't a waste of pork

Just fiddle with it until you get a recipe that you & the family like!   Trial & error is the way to go lol

Definitely. I even took some to work for dinner. It heats up pretty good. Not dry
