Youre welcome! It well seem like he is always hungry and eating at first, but thats just his way to increase your supply to satisfy him. Trust your abilities as his mother and know that you can successfully breast feed.

Just make sure you start trying like RIGHT after he/she is born. It only hurts if he/she is latched on wrong (in my experience) If you are having a hard time getting him/her to latch on a nurse can help you, just don't give up if it is what you really want to do!

They definitely do. I'm about to have a 2 year old and a 3 year old and it feels like they were born yesterday
Good luck with your BFing adventure. Hopefully LO has a good latch and you guys make it far.

You can buy a pump or rent one from the hospital (those are the best) and to store it. You should freeze. They sell bags especially for it and you can keep it in your freezer for months!

Those sites I gave you have info on that. I'm one handed now (from a baby on my boob actually!) but if you cant find the info, let me know and I'll help you more once shes done nursing.

Adding to this ^
6 6 6 rule. Milk is good for 6 hours at room temp, 6 days in the fridge and 6 months in the freezer (although I know people who keep it frozen longer)
I recommend not pumping unless you absolutely have to and not until your baby is at least a month old so you dont wear yourself out.

I agree with this unless your supply is low.
I had to pump because my LO was in the NICU. But it was nice having the supply built up for when she started being baby sat.

Yeah, I just weaned my little girl a couple months ago at 3 1/2. I wanted to let her self wean but she was not interested in stopping. I was tired of everyone thinking I was some sort of weirdo. Either way it was a good run! Good for you!!
