I know your scared and confused, but there are some decisions that have to be made and in a short period of time. If abortion is not an option, maybe an open adoption? I know several girls who got pregnant at your age and it IS possible, but it's a long, very difficult road. Here is what you REALLY need to do right now: Sit down with your family and discuss ALL of the options and make a doctors appointment. You can't make any decisions until you know how far along you are and such. If it's early enough, you can still abort if you think thats something you can do. If thats still not an option, now is the time to start looking into adoption if that is the road you want to take, you will need to set it up early and straighten out details. If you plan to keep the child, you need to look into all of your education options and come up with a plan with your family to get you your education and how the baby will be paid for and taken care of.

Unfortunately, it happens at your age. Just concentrate on taking care of yourself and your baby and when the baby is born, file for child support. Even if he isn't around, he still has to help out financially and such. (Maybe not at first, his parents may be required to pay it, but give it until he gets a job, then he will be made to pay).

But even if you were older, it still happens, I was 18 and it happened to me, too. My sons father is not in the picture, he hasn't seen him since he was 3 months old and my son is going to be 4 and starting preschool in the spring. His father still has to pay and buy him medical insurance.
