Fever? Help?!?!?

I didn't know where to post thing but my ds is sick. He has a fever and just vomited. I wanted to know what is considered a high fever in a 16month old?
His temp was 103.3 rectally.

Even in an adult I would consider that a high temp.

My daughter had a fever of 103.9 they told me as long as she doesnt have a seizure and is breathing fine than to just give her motrin to bring her fever down. I brought her to the doctor friday and they think it is just something viral and they said the fever can last up to 5 days.. If you dont feel comfortable bring him in.
ETA: My daughter is 13 months old.

Ok thanks, he's sleeping now and my mom said he didn't feel hot when she laid him down after she rocked him (we live in the same house and she put him to bed cause I also feel sick). I can hear him snoring on his baby monitor and is currently out like a light. As long as he doesn't throw up again ill just keep an eye on him.

Thanks he only woke up once last night and he didn't throw up or anything but he dad just let him drink his whole sippy   and he threw it up. I just told him that he can only have little bits and has to keep it down for at least a half hour before he can have more. I don't want him to get dehydrated. :/

Awe.   My daughter wouldnt eat or drink anything. I got her some pedialyte and she would drink that. My son (hes 4) had a stomach bug a week ago and alls he would drink is gingerale and pedialyte, it lasted about 3 days.
