so, this is just because i am bored and curious.

would you be offended if family members or friends who KNOW you're pregnant offered you alcohol? it's not like the high school peer pressure of, "come on, you know you want to!" or anything. but would you take offense if someone (for example, your mother) offered you some wine or something?

Some women have a bit of alcohol while they're pregnant, that's their business.

No. But I do have a glass of wine on occasion even when pregnant.

No, not at all. It's easy to say no thanks and move on.

I wouldn't be offended, but I'd be irritated. It's like when someone invites you to an event you cannot attend out of courtesy, even though they know you can't go lol

lol @ the "line of coke" thing. but i guess my point kind of is the part about it being the pregnant person's choice and business. i don't think i'd offer it to a pregnant gal. if she asked, i'd say fine, but i don't know if i would offer...

I wouldn't even offer it.... I know if a pregnant woman wants to drink she can do whatever, but I'd judge from a far even if it was just a glass of wine. And idc if someone wants to jump all over me with "it being okay" because imo it's not.

i see what you're saying here. lol. my mom knows i like wine. and she knows i didn't drink when i was pregnant with my daughter. she's never happy about my pregnancies. so.... maybe it's just a preconceived notion i have that she is trying to sabotage me and my babies somehow.... that sounds odd, i know...

If wine were being offered to everyone at a gathering I attended and I wasn't asked [if I were pregnant], I think I'd be offended. That's rude, IMO.

I would not offer a pregnant woman alcohol, but I would not be offended if someone offered me while I was pregnant, some people say one drink is ok so maybe thats what they were thinking.

No I wouldnt be offended either, I also have a glass of wine on occasion. Its like once in a great while. Whole 9months I had like maybe 5 glasses of wine or less. But if it was something else other than wine, dont know why they would offer it
