How to remove a sensor

I purchased a pair of boots off of ebay for my daughter they came today and have a sensor on them... I notified the seller but Im wondering if their is a trick to get them off so I dont have to deal with shipping them back or going to a department store trying to explain the situation

Be careful, it could be an ink sensor. If you pop it off wrong it could ruin your boots!

Some stores will take it off for you but most won't without a receipt. Hopefully they get back to you soon!

Eeeps, IDK. I wouldnt try to get it off personally because most of them have ink inside that will explode if forced off.

They could be hot! I'd be careful of them. Do you have a picture of it?

I'd honestly return them to the seller or call the cops for advice

The seller has 100% positive feedback and sells designer clothing. The boots have the brand crossed out so Im assuming they sell things that are buy backs or 2nds. They have sold about 40 of the same boots and everyone has left positive feedback. Ill try and contact the seller again.. I do have the ebay invoice with the item and the amount I paid that I could try and show a store.

Most are a really strong magnet. Maybe take them to a random store with your Recipet and see of they will?

The seller said to mail them back and note if I wanted a refund or replacement...... So pretty much making me pay the return shipping!
