I never really used a carrier.
I only had a regular target diaper bag but I liked using my old school bags instead.
Bottles I used avent.
For strechmarks I use the Palmers oil for dry skin, works awesome!
Carseat Idk lol
I liked having a bassinet cuz I could move it around, but co-sleeping was easier because I didn't have to keep getting up.

Never carried her in anything besides my arms.
My daiper bag is carters, because I couldnt afford Coach.
Ventaire Playtex bottles were used for breastmilk and formula. LOVE these bottles.
Mederma stunk like all hell, so they healed on their own.
We (DD and I, BD took the couch or bed because he has no concept of 'there is a child next to me, let me not roll') coslept for 3 months for my sanity, then right into the crib.

I, too, am trying to find a good sling this time around, I am having my mother sew me a Mei Tai, I'll let you know how that goes.

Diaper bag, I'll be using the two I already have, even though it is pink and brown, I'll still use it for a boy because we will still be using it for our other daughter, too. Mines from wal-mart, just your traditional bag with a changing pad and such.

Uh - I don't know a lot about bottles.

Stretch Mark lotion would be Bio Oil from walmart, it's like 11 - 13.00 a bottle and works really well, IMO.

We will be buying a crib and doing a combination of co-sleeping since I will be breastfeeding and having the baby sleep in the crib in our room. With my son, I only had a pack N play and mostly co-slept the first month and then exclusively co-slept from about 8 months to 2 1/2.

I have a maya wrap and I love it. I used whatever diaper bag was pretty. But I am going to switch soon to one that's a little smaller. Mine is Carter's right now. My baby won't take bottles anymore but I used the ones the hospital gave us in the beginning.

Carters diaper bag, dr. brown bottles the only one he would take he hated tommie tippy and avent, automatic bouncer from first lights the one that's white with animals. We co slept for 8 months till he became a rilly polly and just switched him to his crib

Baby sling/Carrier -
Stretchy wraps are SO awesome when they're little, cocoons them right into you. Though I'll be skipping a stretchy with our next baby and just get a Girasol woven. Stretchy's aren't very good once baby gets a little older (like 16 pounds). You can't do back carries in them and they're not supportive enough after the newb stage.
My all time favorite carriers are wrap converted Podaegi's. Soooooo comfortable.

Diaper bag - No preference

Bottle for breastfed baby - We used Evenflo glass bottles, Fel never had any nipple confusion.

Stretch mark lotion/cream - Palmers has an oil that I loved with my last pregnancy.

Infant carseat - no rpeference

andddd do you prefer bassinet/playyard/crib/ or co-sleeping for the first few weeks/months - Co-Sleeping!!

Yeah they're always "free". But the shipping is ridiculous, lol.
It's not very good quality fabric, and pouch slings in general are horrible. They're good for when baby can sit up unassisted for quick hip carries, but that's about it. Fairly useless for anything else.
I even went and got one that was waaaay better quality than 7slings or Hotslings, and it still sucks compared to other carriers. Pretty much the only thing it's better than is crotch danglers (like the Bjorn) lol.
If you really want one I'll sell you mine for super duper cheap, lol (the new native, organic cotton).

Ring slings are nice because they're more convenient than wraps (and easy is good with a newb, though I'll definitely be wrapping if we have another). Just be careful about which you go with. I like wrap converted ones better than like the Maya (that one lasted in my house a whole day before I moved it on hehe).
