Eating hobo's!

Hobo dinner that is! What kind of stuff do you like to throw together dinner when you don't have much on hand except for a few things in the fridge?

Tatertots on the bottem. Then hamburger. Then veggies. Top with white gravy. Sprinkle with cheese when its almost done baking

I'll usually just order a pizza if I don't have much food in the house.

I make a soup or stew of some kind. I keep lots of canned/frozen veggies, tomatos, and beans around for nights like that.

I'm making a stir fry with left over chicken and ramen. o_o

Redneck Casserole.
Shells &Cheese, chili, & cornbread.

Hubby loves it.

Stir Fry from whatever I have around.

I make this thing with pasta and a can of Cream of Mushroom soup - just cook the pasta and stir in the can of soup, if I have an extra can of mushroom, I add that in, too - oh, and sometimes a scoop or two of cream cheese if I have it. I don't know what I would call it, lol - cause I don't bake it, so it's not exactly a casserole? It's just super easy, cheap and filling. Oh! and a bag of mixed veggies if I have it, too.

Cheesy quesadillas with tomato soup (kind of like grilled cheese and soup, but one time I didnt have sliced cheese, only shredded, so I put it in some tortillas, grilled them and gave it to them with soup)
