She might have nipple confusion. Try not to use pacis for awhile

sorry im late on this but girl im so happy for you ! she is beautiful and i.know all u went thru trying to have her.. i bet it was all worth it   i have nothing but happy feelings for you!! u deserve it ! ps you look amazing after just having a baby

About the breastfeeding.... she DID latch to the nipple shield, which is great. She doesn't just sit there & suck for a long amount of time though like she did before   but at least I'm able to somewhat breastfeed again. & I'm still pumping. I don't pump EVERY feeding or anything like that though. I hate pumping lol

sorry if you have tried this I'm not trying to be annoying. Have you tried pumping until you letdown and putting her in then so she gets milk immediately?

Ya, so she gets milk immediately and there is no room to be frustrated waiting for letdown, and so it has immediate feedback the way a bottle would. Then you can also continue to pump on one side while you feed on the other and you get way more pumped that way.
