Molly!!! Mallory is beautiful!!! She's exactly the same size Ashtyn was when she was born!!! Hope she feels better soon and gets to go home with her mama!!

congrats molly! so glad you didnt have to have a c-section, fast recovery for both of you, i hope she comes with you too. HUGS you did so awesom.e!

Congrats Molly, Mallory is so cute! I am sorry you had a hard labor but I can tell that it was worth it. Hope she gets to go home soon!

Congrats Molly. Mallory is perfect and precious. I hope you all get to go home together and that everything turned out ok in the end.

I actually had him Thursday! I just haven't gotten around to getting on a computer yet.

She's super cute!!! Peanut balls have been used the last few years and are fabulous! We have one in every room at our hospital and they really do dilate your patient fast when they get to 6+!! A lot of the doctors don't "believe" it though! Guess it doesn't really matter who's right as long as the baby is out and mamas safe!

So did you initially have clear fluid when he broke your water? Was there a cord around her neck when she was born?

Let's see if I can remember the questions lol

I was induced because I also had a traumatic birth experience with Landon's labor at 41 weeks. Had to be induced with him & he truly SHOULD have been a c-section. 3 hours of pushing with him as well, 24 hour labor, collapsed uterus, hemorrhage & forceps. He was 9lbs 2oz 22".

When my water broke I honestly don't know! It all literally happened at the exact same moment. The water breaking, the dilation & her heart rate dropping, putting me on oxygen. Then we found out she pooped. So I'm going to assume that it was clear, it broke, she pooped. BUT later on (hours later) he referred to it as a "bulging sack" where some of the water was left, just a teeny bit. So he broke that. & she had already pooped. So I guess that could be part of the problem then, the meconium leaking into the water?

The cord was not around her neck, thank God.

Yeah a c-section would've avoided everything but omg I was scared to DEATH to have one. But I did tell them "whatever has to happen, happens". No it wasn't ideal for me to have one but I wanted to deliver her safely. But my doctor didn't want to do one at all & really wanted her to be born vaginally so he kept waiting to see what my body would do.

& again, thank you all. She is seriously the best. I love her.
