Omg! I can't imagine what that woman was going through and then topping it off with those comments...That's sad.

  I missed that thread.... but I've seen some where women told an abused woman she deserved it. and there was a woman saying the abused woman was just "playing the victim".  

It can get horrible in here.... but it gets nasty like this in many forums. On babycenter, for example, a woman was attacked for spending too much money on her baby (bought expensive pack-n-play and breast pump, for example).

On thebump a woman was torn apart for saying she was upset to find out her secular daycare was saying prayers before meals and she didn't like that and voiced her opinion.

So, seriously, it's not just "BG Bitches"

Are you a part of any PTOT's? If you are, vent abiut this in one. Or, make an announcement to your PT. Because these will always go like this. We see these all of the time, it gets really annoying, so people jump down your throat when they're posted.

On top of the suggestion if PTOT. You could also vent about this in K&S. just a suggestion

It was bad. I obviously jumped in and told her she should delete the OP and PM me if she wanted to vent and not be attacked. I felt so bad for her.
One of the girls that was attacking her was in my PT, and i removed her fast.
There have been people who made fun of my daughter, too. This site can get pretty pathetic, so it wouldn't shock me that others do too.

But, i still love it here

I do too! It has its pros and cons but I love it here.

My mom is too. My dad watches how much she salts her food like a hawk.
I do season with it while I cook but most of it cooks out so it's not as bad.

When I cook for my parents, I cannot use salt. My parents salt their food when it's on their plate. my mom doesn't use much salt and my dad uses a ton.

With SO I've learned to start salting when I cook, I forget sometimes!
