Sore Boobies 37 weeks

Anyone else have sore boobs, and what did ya do for relief?

Mine are sore NOW and I'm only 24 weeks lol...I use a heating pad on a low setting usually. A lot of times I've noticed I'm more sore depending on the bra I wear, the best I can come up with is one of my underwire bras with a sports bra overtop. It holds everything still lol

a warm towel.. or massage it..sounds weird bt thts what my mom told me to do..lol

I express colostrum just sitting and doing nothing, so you're probably fine lol

Massaging them really does help. Also, if mine hurt extremely bad I take a hot shower. It helps a lot. Idk why, but it does.

I love my hot showers every morning and everynight ..tonight i shall do the massage while in the shower
