sirloin tip roast

How do you cook it in the crackpot without it getting really dry?? I want to make it nice and juicy and not dry lol

Mix water, beef base and spices and pour it in the crock pot first.

I want a crackpot...

You put the meat in the Crock Pot... pour Beef Broth til about 1/4...and then some Teriyaki and soy sauce (make sure you pour all directly over meat to put a fine coat on it). Next season meat with seasoned meat tenderizer,pepper, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and parsley flakes. (don't be shy with the season)..Sometimes I put a dash of Grill Mates Steak season too

Step 2
Add potatoes, bell peppers,carrots,celery, onion , minced garlic and mushrooms.
Fill with water a little over half way
set on high and let it do its thing

Later you can make some minute rice and put it (the meat)on top of or next to it.

As far as the rice...only if you don't use potatoes or don't add them on the plate.

The water level in the crockpot should at least be to the level of the top of the meat. If not, it'll dry out quick.
