am I the only one (breastfeeding)...

Who feels weird nursing around male friends? Male strangers dont bother me. But I feel weird doing it in front of friends. :/ I dont even know how to overcome this one.

I always felt weird so I just went in the other room to nurse lol

I didn't care who was around at the time of nursing, I think our guy friends were more weirded out than I possibly was, but eventually, they get used to the way you feed your baby 😃

Yeah we are going to a museum though so not really many places to go. Merrrr. Even with my daughter it was an issue, now nursing my son it is an issue too.

I agree.

I didn't feel weird when he was younger than like three...but once he was older I never did it in front of everyone. I weaned him recently (he's four) and I got so much smurf for it from my family/friends so I just didn't do it in front of them.

I don't feel weird unless their wives are there because I'm the only one I know who's ever breastfed and I just don't want any drama. I don't want my guy friends to get in trouble for "looking" so I just go to a different area.

You're right, it was the same with us too. Dorian weaned at 3 years 9 months and friends and family kept asking me through the years when I'm going to stop, etc, eventually I stopped answering the question.

I'm the same way, I could care less about strangers but I feel kinda awkward around guy friends. I'll cover up though so its not a huge issue.
