wrong or not

Me and my brother had an apartment together for three years things got bad when he started drinking and sending all his money to some chick so I moved out. I left a few things over there I want back and he won't give them to me. Mainly I want my Christmas decorations and my end tables. I'm on the lease still and I have a key. My grandpa just told me he works tonight would I be wrong to just go over there and get my stuff?

I would go get your smurf and then get off the lease ASAP.
If he ends up smurfing up there some how... it will screw you if you ever want to rent somewhere again.

You have every right to go get it. Especially if you're on the lease. Legally he cannot hold your stuff. I had to deal with a crazy ex roomy and found this out from a cop.

I don't think it would be wrong, but I would see if your grandpa would come with ypu as a witness so your brother can't say you stole any of his smurf while you were there.

I have already signed the papers to get off but its not official till Dec. 31 they call me every month (since June) to let me no if he paid rent. He has.

He doesn't have anything but the stuff I left over there besides his clothes and a tv. I don't want anything of his and he knows this. He reason for not giving me my stuff is he wants to use it.

I would go get it. That's ridiculous for him to not give it back.
