You can give him some multi symptom cold with tylenol but he does need to go to the drs as soon as you can. My daughter had these same symptoms last week & had strep throat

I don't know if this is still recommended but a couple drops of warm (not hot) sweet oil in the ears and tylanol is what my mom used on me. I had a lot of ear infections.

How old is he? I would for an ENT(ear, nose, and throat) doctor. I may be able to help.

Honestly, A LOT of people have been coming in with what he has. What I would do is give him some children's Robitussin. A LOT of the time it will say 6 years and older. If you divide that dosage by 3, you can give that amount to him. You need to find something with dextromethorphan and guafenisen. They may have a cheaper alternative, as long as it has those ingredients, it should help. Also, alternate Tylenol and Motrin every four hours. If your going on a honey moon I would make sure whoever is taking care of him gets him to a doctor ASAP, Calling his pedi wont hurt either.

Similsan ear ache drops if you can find them somewhere, I used them a few years back and it was honestly instant relief. Ear aches are the worst! I hope you can find something that works! Rotate Tylenol & Motrin for pain relief

They sell numbing drops for ears. I use them for my sob once he says his ears hurt so he is not in pain then, make a drs apt asap. Sounds like he needs to see the drs asap though! It will only get worse!!
