post pardum bleeding

S my sone is almost 10 days old now and my bleeding had really slowed down but now it picked up again like really heay and Im not sure if I should call my doctor or go to the hospital or just wait it out for a bit

Are you filling a pad in an hour? Passing big clots?

Have you increased in activity suddenly? I know that can make you bleed more. I also agree with what Rydicule91 asks too.

I soaked through a pad in 2 hours then one in one hour then one in two hours, but I had been bleeding so little they were just regular pads not the heavy duty ones. and no I havn't increased my activity lately

Ok if you're not passing big clots it might be ok but if you want to safe than sorry you can call and see if your ob is concerned.

she dosn't work weekends but I think if it gets bad again I might go to the hospital or the walk in clinic
