Heart burn an Acid reflux in pregnancy?

Hi im 36+2 weeks and have been suffering with what the doctors and midwives say heart burn and a bad case of acid reflux, the thing is i get sharp constant pains etc right in my back from the base to between my shoulder blades, it goes through to the front of my chest and gives me belly ache, ive suffered with this on an off since i was 24 weeks, it can last anything from a couple hours to 12 or more hours, i use gaviscon, rennies even paracetamol, but nothing seems to work, has anyone else had this, please help  

Try pepcid complete. It's the only thing that helps me right now. All I have to do is take one a day and heartburn stays a way for the rest of the day.

I had heartburn all day every day til I gave birth to her. I took Zantac twice a day

I have acid reflux and heartburn bad! It had gotten to the point I wouls puke acid up only acid, I couldn't sleep itd be so bad and I tried everything! Finally about a week ago my ob prescribed me something for it (don't have the med with me right this sec so I can't remember, the, name) that medicine is a life savor!!!!!!!!!!!!! I sleep so good now with nooooo,heartburn!

I had to be put on nexium. I constantly had acid reflux and tried all the over the counter meds.

hankyou everyone for replying, im going to go back doctors AGAIN monday, the docs did mention gullstones, has any one else suffered with them, do these symptoms sound like it cud be gullstones?
