possibly saying bye to this pregnancy :(

Sorry if tmi, but I'm like really really worried. When I woke up to pee, when I wiped it was like a light pink like I'm about to get my period or something. This has me so worried. I haven't been to my appt yet and in my job I lift alot of heavy stuff up and down stairs. I told my supervisor I'm expecting so that maybe they could take it easy on all the heavy lifting stuff for me, but nothing. Did this happen to anybody and everything turned out fine, maybe from previous pregnancies.. AND I JUST used the bathroom again and when i wiped, it was brown  

I had pink bleeding at 8 weeks and brown at 10 ish. All lasted only one or two wipes with only a little and both my baby and I are fine now. :]

I had that at 7 weeks. I was freaking out and went to the ER because I started cramping very badly as well. It turns out it was just the baby getting comfy for the next 9 months, lol. Try not to worry, if it freaks you out too bad call your OB they will be able to tell if you should get checked out or not. Mine told me not to worry unless I had cramping with it and when I started cramping really bad that's when I went to the ER. They did an exam, blood work, and an ultrasound and baby was fine, now he's a rotten 16 month old.

It happened to me many times this pregnancy especially in my first trimester... I'm now 29 weeks. Good luck!!

With this pregnancy, I had brown blood when I wiped, but it was only a little; I was 5 and 6 weeks and told I had had a miscarriage. I didn't though, obviously since I'm now 35 weeks pregnant.

I've had some brown blood in my underwear a few times during this pregnancy, just a little bit and only after walking far, standing for long periods or basically doing more than I should.

You need to see a doctor, but there is hope! And brown blood is old blood... so until it turns red, you're probably okay.

I had bleeding in my 9th week. It started brown and light pink and after two days it got heavy. I thought I was losing the baby so I ran to the hospital. The doctor checked my cervix and it was still closed and he said that it is common for bleeding to happen in the beginning. I got a ob appt the next day and took my blood to check my levels and everything was fine. Ultrasound was fine too. The doctor said it was a threatened miscarriage. The important thing is to rest and get an appt right away. They have to make changes for you at work. Talk to someone hirer up. They can't fire you for being pregnant and not being able to lift over a certain amount. They have to give you a different job temporarily. Heavy lifting all the time can hurt the baby.

i had bleeding starting in my 5th week that last for 10 days i was so sure i was losing baby because of how much but nope i have a strong baby boy in there and im now 25+1

brown could mean your cervix is passing old stuff. i would go to the er if you fil a pad in like an hour. unless you have a high risk pregnancy carrying heavy things is perfectly fine as long as its something you did often b4 you got pregnant.

I had bleeding issues early in my pregnancy w/ my daughter. I had some dark red spotting at 5wks which when I called my OB she said to lay down the rest of the day & take it easy...if it didn't stop to go in to be seen but it stopped within an hour. I had more bleeding at 9wks, I started bleeding at work (more than the spotting I had at 5wks & again dark red), I rushed home to call my OB & go in to be seen. In the 10 mins it took me to rush home the blood had soaked through my underwear & my pants. I rushed to the ER where I waited 5 hours before they did an ultrasound but baby was doing good....heart rate was 193 BPM. A few days later they did another ultrasound at my OB's office (I was still spotting brown then) & baby was still doing well. My daughter is 2yrs old now. =)

It is normal I have had two kids and I am now pregnant with my 3rd. It happened to me with my first 2 and the doc told me it was from old blood from my last ministereal cycle. When its bright red and alot of it thats when u freak out.

i had brown spotting at 6 weeks went to the er and baby is fine! now 27 weeks along.

Try not to worry...easier said than done i no. I never relised how common light bleeds were in pregnancy until it happened to me. Ive had lots of light bleeding through out my pregnancy the first being at 11 weeks , call your midwife or if it gets worse/any cramping you could always go to a&e just to put your mind at rest, dont worry bout looking silly thats what they are there for. Im now 23 wks and had my scans and all is well with baba  

As for your job you should have another word with your manager and explain you have had a bleed and that your worried that lifting all day will effect you and your baby.

YES! It happened to me SO MANY times and EVERY time I was SO scared just like you- It could be NOTHING but go to the Dr and be checked out! TAKE IT easy and relax. I had spotting- not just when wiped but spotting so dont give up nd try to relax some worrying and stressing makes things worse.

I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my 4th child & i've been spotting as well after wiping myself after having a pee a few times over the last few days so I went to see my GP yesterday & he said it's basically noting to worry about unless it turns red & heavy with stomach cramps. I spotted again last night with period pains so phoned GP out of hours & she managed to book me in for a scan on Monday.
What I find strange is the fact that i've had 3 kids & never had spotting with any of them.
