Quoting Amanda(::" Don't let them convince you to formula feed your baby if you don't want to. All throughout my pregnancy ... [snip!] ... ounce when we left the hospital wednesday(I was induced Monday & had him at 4:17pm so he wasn't even 48 hours old when we left)"They're not trying to convince me to formula feed at all...in fact everyone here is super excite that I'm so determined to breastfeed. It's just the lack of food going into little man's belly they're worried about. They want to make sure he's getting enough nutrition, so they're just giving him a tiny bit of formula to tide him over while my milk is coming in.

Your milk will come in soon. Congratulations on your gorgeous baby too "I was barely getting a couple drops out last night...it was bad. But today it seems to be going better...I just fed him and pumped to get my supply started...and enough came out that a little dripped off the breast shield...which is the first time that's happened.
