heart palpitations

I remember having them with my daughter, but not until the end. I'm 23 weeks and I have been getting them a lot lately, but they are nothing to worry about, right?

I got/get those when my blood sugar get's in the 50's. but I have Gd.

I get them, along with being out of breath and the doc said basically my heart cant keep up with the extra blood and weight.
