Asking for a bit of help

posted 7th Dec
hey ladies, my daughter will be 3 months old this month. I'm not breast feeding, i wasn't able to because my milk wouldn't come in. I've been the same weight since my daughter was born and am JUST now losing 5 lbs. I really can't stand being the size I am becasue all my clothes are way smaller. I really need a way to start losing weight like now, any adive? I do eat well and I really only have enough time to strech everyday but i'm going to start walking every single day for at least 30min-1hr. Advice, tips?

Do six meals a day, light breakfast, lunch, and dinner.. and do snacks in between. Avoid anything but water, and lots of walking.. maybe a light job every other night?

Six Ritz crackers and a cheese stick is considered a snack. That's super easy and cheap!

Breakfast could be a fried egg on one slice of english muffin, and maybe a piece of bacon.
Or 1/2 cup of cooked grits- if you like cheese only add one peice.

Lunch could be tuna sandwich, or boiled chicken with veggies, even a chicken wrap or chicken sandwich is low enough in carb count to eat.

Dinner do a main meal and two sides. Like fish, with a salad, or 1/4 cup cooked rice. Or chicken but the same.
Or 1/4 cup of cottage cheese if you like it.

Basically, getting rid of a lot of carbs. When I was diabetic during my pregnancy it's what I had to do. I felt great.

In order to lose weight, you need to build muscle. I'm not saying that you need to go to Gold's gym and try to be a powerlifter, BUT using barbells and kettle bells can really help. I used this method to build my core and having more muscle helps to burn fat easier. It really works.
